The input and calculation of the heat load is carried by the EN12831 European standard.

The country-specific requirements are considered by the so-called "national annexes",integrated into the heat load by HT2000 records, eg

for Germany: Beiblatt 1, 2008-07, DIN EN 12831
for Austria: ÖNORM H7500
for countries without national annex: Standard according EN12831

The program leads you step-by-step through the norm. You can select each appropriate data from different tables. Additional information is available from the detailed online help.

U-values can be calculated using layers (even combined).

Building components can be detected and stored as master data.

The room data and the calculated heating loads can be taken as a basis for further calculations in all HT2000 modul.
