HT2000-CAE Professional is modular and can be adapted to your special requirements.
The modules contain all functions of the Standard or Standard Plus versions. Not to mention, the modules can integrate

- Scheme of plumbing pipe system
- Ventilation
The Professional version can also handle 99 floors per project.
There are 8 program modules at present.
1. Basic module
- Read plans with a digitizer or scan sample
The data for any floor plan with all components and material parameters can be managed, e.g. walls, windows, doors, stairs or circles, lines, text and symbols (e.g. sanitation elements).
- Construction with the mouse
CAD-basic functions for free construction of outlines, schemes or other drawings. Entries e.g. using the cursor, coordinates (absolute, relative or angles/lengths), construction aids such as e.g. trims, extensions, dragging or cutting.
- Symbol technology with pre-made symbols
Symbol tables sanitary, Pumps, Valves, Walls and Ceiling penetration symbols. Module for adding your own symbols using digitization or construction and seperate drinking and waste water symbols.
- Calculation automatically from the floor plan
U-value calculation, heat-load calculation according to EN 12831, heating appliance dimensioning, floor heating design according to EN 1264 for product data records of various manufacturers, BDH interface for reading heating appliance data records, VDI3805 interface for reading valve data records, automatic result display in floor plan.
- Output
Drawing via plotter or printer as well as output of calculations including measurement summaries and proposal text.
2. Pipe system design for heating
- Construction
Construction of ducting networks in the floor plan, single and double duct systems, thermostat valve settings, circuit control valves and pumps, creating hydraulic switching schematics with corresponding symbols.
- Calculation automatically from the floor plan
Hydraulic ducting network calculations for single and double duct systems with various materials such as steel, copper, plastic etc., automatic valve dimensioning (duct and formed part data records are available from various manufacturers). Storey-related calculations or calculations for the entire building including riser ductwork. Automatic results display in floor plan.
3. Heating Schematic
- Construction
Automatic creation of the circuit layout schematics from the floor plan. The results of the heating appliance dimensioning or ducting network calculations are transferred automatically, incl. nominal distances and valve settings. Heating appliances are shown to scale height. Circuits and storeys can be selected and combined as desired.
4. Pipe system for plumbing
- Construction
Construction of drinking water piping networks in floor plan - cold water, hot water, circulation lines.
- Calculation automatically from the floor plan
Hydraulic pipe network calculation according to DIN 1988 / DVGW 553 with various materials such as steel, copper, plastic, etc (pipe, formed parts and valve data records are available from various manufacturers). The calculation is performed by storey or for the entire building including riser ducts to the house connection, automatic result display in the floor plan.
5. Scheme of plumbing pipe system
- Construction
Automatic creation of the circulation schematic from the floor plan, vertical dimensioned symbols can be allocated to the floor plan symbols. Calculation results are generated automatically, circuits and storeys can be selected and combined as desired. Including symbol tables for vertical sectioning (Symbols SANI-AUF).
6. Ventilation
- Construction
Symbol technology for drawing ventilation ductwork, construction aids and symbol generator according to VOB (air duct surface calculation DIN 18379).
7. DXF / DWG Interface
Interface for reading external CAD drawings. Creation of DXF/DWG files for other CAD programmes.
8. Symbol table Electro
Electronic symbols for use in HT2000-CAE.
