The program "General radiator design" is used to calculate for radiators of different manufacturers.
Data records are required for working with the programs, whereby
- BDH Standard data records Version 1.0
- BDH Standard data records Version 2.0
- Self-defined HT2000 data records (free-definition supplement module)
are processed. Various data records can be accessed within a project.
The program is designed so that the room data will be entered into a table. It is possible to design every room after the entry. The result is displayed in the lower Window frame, whereby a list of suitable radiators is provided. The desired heating system can be selected from this list.
Scope of functionality
- Processing BDH standard data records
- System data can be defined (operating pressure, feed and return temperature)
- System distribution into several control circuits with different possible operating conditions (different feed and return temperatures in various system components)
- Return temperature adjustment
- Water flow quantity reduction upon over-feeding
- Design-tolerances can be defined for construction dimensions and functionality
- Transfer of rooms and room results from the heat load calculation
- Mix and match various manufacturers within one project
- Several design variations (Optimising construction depth, construction height or construction length)
- Routing in single or double pipe system
- Duplication possibility for rooms, e.g. with similarity of living units or level similarity with automatic exchange of level identification in the room numbering
- Selective routing for areas such as living units or levels is possible
- and much more.......!
