Optional pipe networks can be calculated for a two-pipe system using this program. HT2000 is especially suitable for making heating pipe network calculations comfortable. The calculations are performed using the latest technology. The pressure loss calculations take laminar flow and transition areas into consideration according to Colebrook/Prandl. Besides automatic dimensioning or the pipe network, the user can manually correct dimensions or can define dimensions. This also makes recalculating for existing systems possible. User entries are supported to as great an extent as possible with logical definitions and error control.
Scope of functionality - Simple table-formed data acquisition with intelligent automatic data definition
- Product-specific data records from various manufacturers
- Automatic transfer of data and results from the HT2000 Radiator and UFH programs
- Raw material changing is possible in any part of a path
- Automatic dimensioning for pipes and free definition of the maximum water speed and maximum R-values by the user
- Pipe data, valve data and individual resistances in project-encompassing tables, which can be accessed for every calculation. Standard values are already defined.
- Automatic valve design, including automatic pipe network compensation and adjustment - VDI 3805 interface
- Calculation for pipe network using various media (water, glycol etc.)
- Detailed dimensions for raw materials, soundproofing material, valves and individual resistors; per path part and/or for the entire project
- Dimensioning for form-pieces such as T-pieces, joins and bends, etc. (e.g. fittings and raw materials of one system supplier) and combinations in a materials list
- and much more.......!
